Gary began his career in 1982 after being an Air Traffic Controller for several years and was fortunate to work with the Founders of Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, NeXT Computer, Broadcom, Marvell Semiconductor, Synaptics, Monolithic Power Systems, Cirrus Logic, Silicon Labs and others. A former Management Recruiters International “Nation’s Top Ten” Recruiter, he formed Analog Solutions in 1986 to establish an organization that could meet the needs of his clients in a more direct and effective way. His commitment, drive, and integrity are second to none.
With more than 40 years of recruiting experience, Gary’s leadership and recruiting skills have inspired many recruiters covering a variety of disciplines. He has been on several “Top Producer” panels at recruiting seminars and conferences and is currently a frequent guest columnist for the EE Times-Planet Analog site, where he writes about industry trends.
Gary’s clients over the years have included multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as many emerging startups. He has been responsible for assembling world-class technology and Executive teams in the Analog and Mixed-signal Semiconductor world for more than 40 years – his network of contacts in the analog space is second to none. He also created the industry’s first career site, www.careeranalog.com, in 1998. He holds a BS in human resources management from NYU and an MS in management science from SUNY Binghamton.
